2 of our guys just got back from Baltimore on this very subject. We may have others coming to Abilene. We didn't get to talk to you, David, homecoming weekend, but if we had, you would have seen Jim is walking again. It all started several weeks ago at a healing service. Our church has been going through Bill Johnson's books as well. Great stuff.

Just got another recommendation:

"The only Church I know of is the one my mom goes to called Skyline Baptist on Rancier Blvd I believe. They are an up and coming Church with a good Awana's and youth group. I would say it runs around 300-400 each Sunday. They just got a new pastor and he is great. Really on fire for the Lord."

Kim, you can go to Beltway.org and watch online or listen online. You can also go to the iTunes store and download the podcasts if you have an iPod. My husband and I used to live there in Abilene and I miss the church so badly. I miss David's insightfulness and his down to earth approach. Hope this helps you.

I'm the same way, Kim & Karen! I love my church here in Odessa, but my family was a part of Beltway for 15 years - including the times we weren't sure if there was enough money to put out coffee! Now, there's Starbucks! God is so good, and when His people are faithful, this church's ministry is what happens!
