Wow I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent the $24 on tickets for my family tonight... especially since I was only there for 3 minutes after paying for them. I understand rules, believe me, BUT I also understand good customer service, which the employees there EVIDENTLY do not. We got there 45 minutes early - when we got out of the car, my husband accidently hit the alarm, which did not sound, but did turn on the lights. We QUICKLY turned them off when we were approached by an employee who said that they needed to be off - we told him what happened and he was walking away when this nasty woman approached us and asked if that was our truck, to which I said yes, and she said VERY NASTY "Cover up the lights or the exit is over there" - again it was 45 minutes before the movie even started....so we left. And sadly, the few times I have been there have been great times for me, but my kids will never have that experience because I refuse to go back to a place where you are treated that way. It's a shame that one employee (possibly more from what I read below) can completely ruin the reputation of the business. I also tried to call the phone number to talk to a manager about what had happened, but after hearing their recording, I doubt they would care anyway. So it's bye bye Benjie's for us. |
