I just go to the gym more.....and instead of dancing 3 Zumba classes per week, I up that to as many as I can get to! Zumba= most fun off a horse a person can have, so it's ok.

yea, its all about the timing, the company your with, and your state of mind...just wish I took some pic's..it really became a winter wonderland down there.. its the only time the city slows down too a crawl....stops a smells the snowflakes...well at least for the first day..L.O.L

Michael Doraby Wondering if you're interested in this. There was no way to send a 'private message' on this site. A friend of mine shared the Jan 2010 National Geographic. It included an eye opening, one page "info-graphic" comparing health care in various countries. The information is not new, but it's the first time I've seen it g...raphically represented in this manner. It's very disturbing regardless of which side, or degree of straddle, of the political fence you're on. Another reputable source puts the US at 47th worldwide for longevity, down from 11th just a couple of decades ago.
