You could do a regular weekly article, a regular weekly audio, a regular weekly video, a combination of these, or something else.

This one is so easy you can get started today, and...

This is a fantastic tip! And Jeff most times on sunday is using other people's content (videos, poems, etc) to bring traffic to his blog.

Just a few weeks ago, Jeff & I attended a marketing event and there was one lady who was so excited to ...meet him because he's "her Sunday Inspiration" guy! And then she became a client... :DSee More

Productivity Strategies ‎3 Healthy Eating tips for this week

EAT BEFORE YOU ARE HUNGRY - if you wait until you're really hungry you are more likely to make the wrong choices

EAT PROTEIN AT EVERY MEAL- it stimulates glucagon which mobilizes fat storage and converts it to energy
...
EAT WHOLE, UNPROCESSED FOODS - if your ancestors didn't eat it, you shouldn't either

    • Productivity Strategies Kirsten I am so pleased for you - Protein plays a huge role in sustaining our energy levels! Have you tried Quinoa ? It is delicious, high in protein and great for vegetarians~ Elizabeth

Yep! I love quinoa! I put it in almost all of our meals. It is really fantastic and quite versatile. We've been experimenting with other grains higher in protein as well. I've upped my dairy and egg intake a bit to help balance things ...out (not milk though because it is higher in sugar - who knew?) and found a good organic protein shake. Lots more raw veggies. Raw almonds have also been a fantastic snack. Planning ahead has really been critical for me. There just aren't many healthy options when you are on the go. Whoever said the quote "failing to plan is planning to fail" was dead on! Big hugs!See More

Productivity Strategies Saturday Productivity Tip: Your Live Event AHA Sheet - It's all to easy to go to live events, get great ideas, write them down with great intentions, and then your great ideas become "Shelf Help" that sit on the shelf and gather dust.

To prevent this, at the end of each day at a live event, take five minutes to list out... your 5 biggest AHA's from the day. Then rank them on a scale of 1 - 4, with 1 being "must take immediate action" and 4 being "would be nice to do."

Then next to each of your top AHA's and schedule a due date and the first step you will take to get it done!

Love, Maritza

    • Marilyn Joyce This is a great tip Maritza. I make those lists at events - and sad to say, many times they have become shelf-help. No more! Be Gone to shelf-help. I will create a system right now to track my Aha's, then rate them and then act on them. :)

    • Robert Curtis lol, aren't you supposed to "proof" it with another set of eyes first before sending? or is that a step that is skipped nowadays?

    • Marea Whitaker Bishop Under the gun at the Ultimate Internet Bootcamp, we go "live" before having time for multiple proof requests. We involve others in the process, inviting comments and corrections. : )
