Hey Cynthia! The technology people are very willing to help and want to look into the problem you encountered, but they had a few more questions:

1. What happened prior to the install freeze? Was the freeze during a certain spot into the installation process?

2. Did your computer freeze after it was completely installed and you were using it?... Read More
