Destiny Adcock I have tried the gluten free mixes- amazing. It is so good to be getting back to normal since my diagnosis. To be able to shop for those products at the regular grocery.
The cake mix makes a great carrot cake- stir in a cup of shredded carrot, a small box of raisins, and whip up some cream cheese icing. Great stuff!

Sharrie I made the new gluten free yellow cake on Friday for my husband's birthday. It was the first cake he's had since he got diagnosed with Celiac Disease last year. It was a HUGE hit! A little more dense than your typical cake (but not as dense as pound cake) but definitely yummy! I can't wait to try the other gluten free products!

Sharrie My husband has Celiac Disease and I was so excited to find out Betty Crocker is now making GF stuff. And it's on the regular baking isle instead of segregated in the natural foods or specialty foods section. It's about time someone realize that there are a lot of people who are gluten intolerant. I'll be making the yellow cake mix for his birthday on Friday and the brownies maybe this week too. If they're good I'll come back and be sure to post. Of course, if they're not good I'll be sure to post that too. But I'm optimistic. I've never met a Betty Crocker product I didn't like.

Halli Jean Williams I just purchased glutenfree cake mix ,cookies & brownies mixes at grocery store in texas. i'm have to eat gluten free foods. man talk about excited . i'll let you know how they taste. Betty Croker needs to but mor out there. One in four hunderd have to be on a glutn-free diet for the rest of thier lives. They need to make a baking mix for pancakes etc.. for baking . This so great ! THANKS! BETTY CROCKER

LOL That would work possibly but we are talking about a 15 year old boy who has been hunting with me since he was 11. He has always been known as the cookie monster, as he always ate chocolate chip cookies by the batch. He was having problems and then they found out he was allergic to gluten.
