Okay all you pie-bakers, break out your oven mitts and aprons and enter The Eastern Market Pumpkin Pie Harvest Bake-Off! Your pumpkin pie must be in to the Eastern Market staff by noon this Saturday October 3rd! That's when the judges start tasting--the winner will be announced at 1 pm! Pumpkins must be grown in Lanc...aster County.
We've provided a link for some dandy tips and a video showing how to bake a pie using real pumpkin.
