This is all because the one group for Lesbian/Gay Rights made a huge fucking stink over Microsoft banning some gamer who had in her profile that she was a lesbian. It's not that they're making a discrimination against you for being lesbian or gay or whatever; there's just NO PLACE FOR THAT IN VIDEO GAMES. IE: Nobody cares.

I assume this is because... See More they bitched enough and Microsoft was like "Fine, will you guys piss off if we get rid of the rule then?" "Yes." "Okay, well here you go."

I mean say whatever you want online, yes, but to shove sexuality in people's faces is as bad as those gamertags having IMP34CH 08AMA as their tagline or something of the sort. God I hate politics.
