I am a flight attendant and tavel all over to eat. I have to say my favorite bbq is Big Bob's. My family grew up in decatur and my dad still lives there. The last time I was there a month ago, I bought a case of Big Bob Red sauce. It's the best. Better that Corkys in Memphis!!!

I cooked a beef brisket, 1st time ever! I created a rub that i normally use for steaks with a little variation. Inspired by your rubs recipes. Smoked it for 8 hrs finished it another 8. It was pretty good, if i must say so myself. very moist.
