Man, oh, man...that was my lunch last Saturday and...wow...dangit...I might just have to come back now. I'm on a diet! Have you no mercy, Big Bob Gibson?!?!?!

BBQ Baby Backs ( dry rub), cole slaw, pinto beans , and corn bread. Lotsa good food without a lot of work....just patience while the ribs are smoking (g).

I cooked a beef brisket, 1st time ever! I created a rub that i normally use for steaks with a little variation. Inspired by your rubs recipes. Smoked it for 8 hrs finished it another 8. It was pretty good, if i must say so myself. very moist.
