Wonderful weekend, my batteries are replenished! Back on tracks today for a bright and productive day!

As a retailer, I had a great holiday! Personally, I got to spend time with the people I love, and that always gives me a boost!

Bio K's fan page might not be the biggest of all, but it has all the attributes of a good page in my opinion: real dialogue with customers, a real feel of a community, and daily presence.

There are other fan pages that are nothing else but a one-way advertising channel, and bigger is not always better. Telus fan page anyone?? Close to 15K fans, no dialogue, and they even felt necessary to add a legal mention on the page... ("This Fan Page is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence"... what the hell??)

Thank you, Martin! We want to be open, authentic, and transparent, without being boring. Your words are thoughtful, eloquent, encouraging and motivating. And were always open to suggestions if you think there's something more we can do to make ours a page worth visiting.
Every company has different motivation and policy, but this seems to be working for us!

Yeah, I just buy from local farmers and at a local farmer's market in Cincinnati. I like to know where my food is coming from.

And it's an easy way to support local economy, and stay healthy. Great work, Carlton.
