CJ Howard - Blizzard Systems Administrator Extraordinaire - Most Valualbe Player for November.
Now that we are settled into the new building, looking back we can clearly identify one employee who contributed to a smooth transition……technically. That’s CJ and that is why she is MVP this month. Her commitment to our mov...e was shown through her ability to think ahead and pre-plan for no downtime for our production employees. This was completed by working with vendors for the best prices, scheduling those vendors, and being here to direct the move and re-installation of our equipment. I think we can all agree that without CJ to lead our technical move, we may have seen a whole different outcome. Any problems that occurred after the move, CJ was able to fix quickly and with a smile.
In fact, when we saw that the server rack was not going to work out in the Sales Area, she got right on it. Last Saturday, she directed a team to move the server rack upstairs and reconnect all of our servers so that we could all start working again this morning.
Thanks CJ…..we are really glad that you are here and taking care of us all!! Your attitude throughout the move was exceptional!!
