bluestem Meg and I watched Julie & Julia last night and it got me thinking about my favorite "classic" dishes. 1.Sole Meuniere - mmmmmmm......beurre noisette! 2. Osso Bucco - the real one with orzo and gremolata 3. This one is tough - maybe any Pâté en Croûte - maybe a good Schnitzel? of course only with lemon.....sooo many good dishes What are yours?????
