Your phone coach will spend some time navigating you through the features of the website. There are many tools and features that are not obvious without their expertise. They will answer any and all your questions about your personal program. My program was altered slightly based on my lifestyle and how large I want my deficit to be. She was fabulous! I was able to ask all my questions and even had a few minutes leftover to talk about supplements. Absolutely loved it!!

John F. Jones III I burned 2403 calories on 11/08. 800 shy of my daily goal. My intake was 2,205 which is 5 over and some of the items I ate today are estimates. Deficit was only 198. I have more active days than other days and Sunday & Monday are not it. I'll do a little aggressive catching up on Tuesday. How'd you all do today?

Thanks for sharing...I forced myself to go to the gym at 9:00 because I knew I needed to burn more. I am really trying to have a good November because I can foresee that I will be lucky to stay the same during December! I am sure you will do great the rest of the week!

What kind of workout do you have and how many hour do u spend at the Gym?

I try to vay my workouts all the time so I don't get bored. I may do a 2-3 hour hike, row, take a zumba or sculpt class at the gym, then stay and do some machines. Or I might work out at home. I typically get 1-2.5 hours of activity but I don't think that's necessary. Your deficit is what counts.

Linda Scholz Today is my second day with my new BodyBugg. So far I've burned 3,732 calories...the goal that my coach has set is 4,000 so I should make that by the end of the night. Did a 6 mile walk along with work earlier this morning so my total steps so far are 20,125. I have 81 pounds to lose and I'm going to do it damn it! Thanks to Coach Matt at The Fitness Pursuit...he got me my bugg! ;)

My coach did a resting metabolic rate assessment for me...my RMR is 2266 My lean mass is 165 lbs so I guess that's why I burn at a higher rate than the other girls in my group. He has set my daily calorie consumption at 2100. So, I should hit a daily deficit of 1,900. As I drop weight he will repeat the test and lower my daily calorie ... Read Moreconsumption. That's a lot of food when you're eating healthy...so I'm having a hard time consuming that much. I'm involved in a group transformation...we have a fan page and it's called The Brew Crew's Fitness Pursuit. You can search it if you want to see what we're doing. We just started training last Tuesday. Since my ultimate goal weight is 165 I'll have to drop a little muscle. At my first weigh in I was 246 lbs at 5'6 as of this morning I was at 238 lbs

that doesnt soung right, unless perhaps you have a really small amount of weight that you are trying to lose. You can go in and make adjustments to your program though if you want to.

Nicole Kelso Ack! Today was my first really fail day. I actually had a calorie surplus of 400 cals! I took a spin class this morning and burnt like 600 cals, but then I felt so tired and worn down (I'd never been to a spin class before) that I basically lay in bed the rest of the day. Uergh! What have you guys done in the past when that's happened?

Good Job on the spin class.... As for getting ur butt kicked, I've felt like that b4. Thats why I tend to shy away from working out!!!lol lol.... I know not an excuse'. But spin class is very hard! I remember last time i did it., i thought i was going to toss my cookies after 15 min... True... But i kept with it!!

That's a perfect example of why people say, "I work out hard, why don't I lose weight?" Now with the BB, you know why. It's all about information. The good news is, you probably aided in the addition of muscle, which will help you burn more the next time you spend the day in bed.
