Hey nic have you used hgh up as am thinking off trying as it sounds great

To gain mass you need to do 3 things:

- Eat more than your body requires to sustain it's present size - but ensure this food is from "quality" sources (i.e. high in protein, moderate in complex carbs, and moderate in healthy fats)

- Train hard, heavy and consistantly using the big compound exercises (like deadlifts, squats and bench)... See More

- Get plenty of rest - ie. 8hrs sleep per night, with as consistant a sleeping pattern as you can get :)

I'd start with those and use the Pro-Mass as a post-workout shake, and as an addition to a healthy breakfast, then use the flapjacks as snacks between meals to make it easier to get up to 7 quality "meals" per day - i.e. breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, pre-bed shake & post-workout shake.

Are you mostly interested in Olympic style lifting or would these be for everyday gym sessions? If for everyday gym sessions, you may be just as well off going for some hightop converse as they'll provide a strong flat sole with some ankle support. Obviously weightlifting shoes will be far superior for snatches, full cleans and front squats.

Yep the Test is a test booster, however, it's a new formula compared to the one you'll have tried. A couple years back Animal Test was a prohormone I believe that contained 19-nor (from very rough memory), and since they banned that they're brought out the new Test which combines:

- 3,4-Divanillyl Tetrahydrofuran - e.g. Divanil like in AX Mass FX

- Cissus Quadrangularis Extract (Ketosterones) - as in Cissus Drol... See More

- Trans-3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene
- Agaricus Bisporus (Polysaccharides)
- 3,5,7-Trihydroxy-4-Methoxyflavone
- Arachidonic Acid - as in Halodrol Liquigels
- 6,7-Dihydroxybergamottin
- Bioperine - as in many Applied Nutri products

As you're just about 18, we'd advise staying away from prohormones / non-natural test boosters as your HTPA system (the system your body uses to regulate hormone levels) is still maturing.

Personally, I'd say you'd probably get better results from a great pre and intra workout stack like this than you would a test booster since your test will already be very high as a teenager:

If you did want to go down the natural test booster route however, the best one for someone younger is probably going to be the Applied Nutri Drive as it's not so anti-estrogen as some of the others, and I really wouldn't want to suppress estrogen too much as your maturing :)
