Aubrey McBean As mayor what are your plans to lower taxes on the properties that have lost tremendous amounts of value yet getting taxed at the old rates and secondly what are you going to do to assist homeowners who are doing the right thing and keeping their mortages paid on time but cannot refinance at the new lower rates because the house is not worth what it used to be
