Nicole M Lewis I went to a wine tasting at Bottlerocket's this past Friday and i found a wonderful Reisling (Weingut Ernst Clüsserath) 2006. It is by far the best Riesling that I have ever tasted. I love Rieslings because overall they are not expensive and are so delicous:) I highly recommend it!!

Is real cork better than synthetic cork or screw caps? It depends! Cork protects from smells and bacteria and also resists temperature changes, but the bleaching of corks can produce "corked wines." Cork allows some air into the bottle for aging, but too much ruins the wine...
