Melanie Breedt

Melanie Breedt Morning. Can someone please tell me what I can do? Im a working and breastfeeding mom in South Africa. Baby and I both love the breastfeeding but this morning I could Only express 50ml of milk. What should I do to get my supply going again? I drink lots of water and eat alot but my milk has dried up over night.

    Marie Christina Overmann

Marie Christina Overmann I have just updated my BIO with my journey to EC, elimination communication, and tips, cues signals I have learned. (EC, taking a newborn or baby to potty). It is a bit of a read but in a diaper society, we have a lot to learn. So much unexplained crying, latching/relatching, constant nursing, shoving off, temper tantr...ums can be explained by the uncomfortable pressure of a full bladder or the rumble tumble of a stinky on the way - and the baby showing that discomfort.

    • Rebeccah Olley likes this.
      • Greer Lee Millar i am really into the early toilet training thing. both my kids have been on the potty since they were one week old. it isnt hard to do and saves time as well as money on wipes and nappies. and they dont get nappy rash. it also means you dont have to 'start toilet training' as it is something they have always done.

Catherine Wilson Just wanted to share how deflated I felt yesterday. I was feeding my 11 month old and someone I know came up to me and said "Oh, are you still feeding her?!". Well yes...shes not even one yet for goodness sake.
