I hear you, Chris. IMO all the best MC's are all-rounders - they can battle (killer punchlines), they can do party joints (you need to let loose) and they are storytellers (whether about the world around them or their journey within it). Maybe because Australia is such a small country with a small population people don't like their 'business' out there. But I think it's dope these dudes don't have that hang-up. They got nothing to prove but alot to express - word UP^^ Mx

your on the pulse girl ! what I love about these guys is there credibility is in tact ! Here we have two dudes who have been there and done it and then some, they have lived the hard times and come out the other end, been through a few thousand dingey dives, and been the guy who has busked in the subway surviving on nothing more then there own ... See Morepassion and inspirations. This type of journey breeds strong charachter and sound principal. In my opinion I believe people want to hear that in the lyric. Credibility can only be attained through walking the walk and talking the talk, these guys have that in droves ! They have the balls to stand up and say, "this is my life, this is who i am and I am inviting you to share in it " thats raw, thats honest, thats credible and thats what hip hop should be ! But as you say and agree totally, to many image orientated cliche grabbing punchline artists in this country who rather be a follower then a leader ! Go hard brethren, keeping it real as always !
