BSA Licensing The United States Postal Service will unveil artwork for the “Celebrate Scouting” stamp at the Smithsonian National Postal Museum on Nov. 12 at 10 AM. This stamp tributes the impact of a century of Scouting on the American landscape and will become available during the summer of 2010.
