Scrub I will be going to Bubbles for the first time in a few weeks for a cut and color. I was told by the person I made the appt. with that the salon I'm going to uses L'Oreal hair color. Can you tell me more about the L'Oreal color that is used? All I was told was it's a professional grade. Thanks.
