Hello,
I have a question about flooring over concrete.
I will be putting flooring over a cold concrete slab. I am trying to
find the R value or some numeric value to compare
1) the warmth of a Cork flooring, to a
2) Engineered hardwood with a cork underlayment.
Does this data exist? My wife prefers pretty hardwood, but I prefer something warm.
