Michael Halko Yes Finisher shirts. Picked up after the event...makes it more exciting for all. Besides we only move the shirts once.... Back Injury prevention 101. Big Wild Life Runs The BWLR race committee (aka "The Board of Animals") is looking for experienced runners who are willing to volunteer for three critically needed positions of responsibility. If you are a good organizer and would like to be more involved with the nitty gritty of running this event, please consider offering your help (or... someone else's!). No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn a bit more about organizing a popular race. Obsessive compulsives especially welcome. See MoreBig Wild Life Runs As of Friday afternoon, there are 158 runners signed up for the Zombie Half Marathon. Don't forget bib pickup on Thursday, October 29, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Skinny Raven. Several runners have indicated on their registration that they know zombies living in Anchorage. Let's hope there aren't any zombies on the race course, but then you never know!
