did the 'running man' with Sir Richard Branson yesterday down at Potters Fields, London. Beardyman lent his considerable skills on the mic and we looked pretty stupid dancing around so early in the morning... definitely worth a look!

This is a fantastic 5k run around Hyde Park with around 20,000 women taking part. It's a pretty flat course, and the support is always amazing.

Great London Swim is a one mile open water swim in the Royal Victoria Dock, London. A fabulous swim in the capital featuring some of the worlds best swimmers.
The course will be set against the magnificent London skyline with views of Canary Wharf and The O2 arena providing the perfect backdrop for the thousands of swim...mers that take to the water. Join our team and see how you can make a difference.

52,000 participants make this the biggest half marathon in the world. But it’s the supporters too that make it what it is.
Cancer Research UK will have around 3,000 runners raising over £1 million this year and we would like your support in cheering them on.
We’ll have cheering buses and cheerleaders spread along the c...ourse from Newcastle to South Shields between 10am and 3pm. With whistles, cheering sticks, loud hailers, rave horns and more, there’s no excuse for being quiet!

Drinks and sandwiches are also provided, plus a branded t-shirt and a poncho if it’s raining. Our cheerers add to the great atmosphere and really boost the runners who are doing so much for us. We hope to see you there!
