These women plowed through barriers and the biased opinions of their time, making the path for women today a far easier walk. Debbie Brannigan: Founder of Capitalist Chicks

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Debbie moved to America as a young girl and grew up in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. She spent 22+ years as a design engineer for the automotive, aerospace and trucking industries and has lived between Portland, OR and Seattle, WA for the last 14 years. Her admiration for small business and the free market led to the creation of the Capitalist Chicks website. She has been honored to interview well over 50 small business owners since launching Capitalist Chicks and looks forward to many more.
