Catie Curtis

Catie Curtis Tomorrow morning I'll be chatting with Michaela Majoun live (9 AM) on WXPN in Philadelphia. Funny, because tonight I have tickets to see Avenue Q in Boston. Guess I'll be on that 5:30 AM direct flight to Philly! This weekend I'm at the Tin Angel (Phila.) and The Carlisle Theater in Carlisle PA (with Patty Larkin).

Hey Catie, my friend and I enjoyed that show. Especially when you asked us audience to participate to sing with you in the song Passing through. That's it! I am going to learn how to play guitar so I could jam with both of you.

Chris Smither knows exactly what Catie Curtis is going through these days. When Curtis was a young turk in the 1990s songwriter revival, the bluesy Smither was reinventing his career, after the collapse of a major-label deal in the ’70s had driven him out of the business. ...

Catie Curtis FAME review for Hello Stranger.

What I most appreciated about this great review of Catie's latest CD is that it did not refer to her as a "Folk-pop Goddess". That she most certainly is in the eyes of her devoted fans - but it's been overdone lately :-) Enjoyed the CD, Catie!
