I've Been in Asheville NC doing brokerage since 1990. I took all core courses in the early 2000's. I would like to finish but I need to freshin up on everything. I've been active in Development and Commercial real estate but out of the representation mode since 2006, mostly personal recently. It's 2010 and I am get...ting back into brokerage full time.
Anyone have any suggestions on the most affordable way to freshin up?

Here’s a good sign that the market is on a rebound: Commercial Investment Real Estate Associate Editor Rich Rosfelder reports that submissions to CIRE’s Deal Makers column are increasing in size and number. In the forthcoming Jan./Feb. 2010 issue, the average transaction value is up by more than $5 million from the Jul..../Aug. 2009 edition.
