- Cé was formed in spring 2004 by three multi-instumentalists: Asher Gray, Devin McCabe, and Randy Gosa. The Irish word, Cé, translates to the English word, "quay", a dock or wharf, a fitting title for a band based in Milwaukee. Cé plays traditional and contemporary Celtic music.
