Charles Stross I'm very happy to announce another engagement for 2010: I'm due to be the English-language guest of honour at HAL-Con in Tokyo, Japan, from April 10th to 11th, 2010. HAL-Con is a bilingual English/Japanese SF convention run by the team of SF fans who are hoping to host the next Japanese world science fiction convention in 2017.
