Church on the Street Had a great talk with D on the streets tonight, be ended up having to call an ambulance to pick him up. Pray he follows through and allows me to get him into transitional housing when he gets released.

Church on the Street Nothing like walking into a group of dealers and users and seeing their surprise when they notice its their pastor.

Church on the Street Hanging out on the streets tonight. Too cold to be without a blanket and warm clothes.

Leonard J Meyers Jr Pastor Andy! Thanks for the work that you do. Thanks for the update letter. Well written. One typo, "peaking" should have been, "Peeking."

Church on the Street There will be plenty of food in Atlanta for the homeless on Thanksgiving. But unlike most of us, the homeless will not spend it with family and friends. Say a prayer this week on behalf of the lonely and alone.

Church on the Street Once again the Democrat and Republican parties raise 11 and 9 million respectively this past month to spread political agendas with little regard to truth, but with great regard to amassing power. Meanwhile, thousands of people go hungry and homeless. Give instead to CotS or others where lives will be effected and changed.

Church on the Street Great mtg at Atlanta Union Mission. Looking forward to a dynamic partnership. CotS on the streets and AUM receiving guys we minister to.

Church on the Street Heading to Shepherds Inn to meet w Pastor Michael about partnering together. But first walking the parish to check on our friends.

Church on the Street Talked to Angel. Met her mother w/ whom she prostitutes. Praying for their safety and that God would knock some sense into them.

Church on the Street This article talks about the crisis that many ministries are in due to the downturn in giving since the recession. But with the increase in poverty and homelessness we need all the help we can get. You can make a difference. If each of you just gave $10 or $20 more lives could be saved this winter that might otherwise be lost or forgotten.

U.S. charities have weathered a significant drop in giving this year, and while they hope for a holiday miracle, a recent survey shows they will probably see a decrease in year-end generosity.

Wendy Roberson Barham Thank you Pastor Andy and Pastor Joe for everything on Saturday. Words just cannot express what I'm feeling right now. Just know that I feel God working in a mighty way and I am willing to do whatever He asks of me. I hope to see you and my new friends again this weekend. You all are in my prayers!!

Church on the Street Homeless people give the best hugs. Thanks Greg, I needed that.
