I like cinbell too but it is really annoying not having the facebook txt especially when myspace supports

Buying power... The larger companies can offset the costs of handsets; Cinbell would have to either force contracts or make customers pay almost retail for handsets.

And that's in addition to exclusivity contracts... iPhone with AT&T, Storm with Verizon etc.

now we are extinct... i used to be a customer service rep in the US but now its all over seas and i don't have my job. Good luck!!!

The phone customer support line needs support or more training. I have to agree that the overseas support is very poor. But then again I haven't had luck on the phone with a rep in any department in getting things corrected or fixed even from the US call center. Everyone I speak with doesn't know how to solve or has never heard of the issue. ... See MoreSo far the only luck in support I have had has been with using Facebook and Stacey. Today I call to have my primary email address changes - CSR says they will do, then don't. Call Zoomtown support - go overseas, they can't do, get the supervisor who says they can do and deletes my email account I want to keep. So call back to zoomtown support who I get someone from the US and they say it is billing. I call billing and they don't know and never heard of how to correct. They give me an account manager who says they will handle, have it changed and it will take effect later. Waiting to see now how long it will take if it will work at all. And waiting to see if my email account starts working again. Mail is bouncing. Calling support is very frustrating. Long hold times and people who I've encountered are not helpful. Friendly, but you can tell they are reading from a script. It's even more frustrating that when you do get through, you are told it is another department that has to help. And then you have to wait again in the hopes that the next department will be able to assist. I even asked the last account rep who I can write to to voice my issues and frustration and they did not know. The quality of Cincinnati Bell's products is good, but support has been a nightmare.
