Cal Lutheran men's water polo players Brandon Gross and Wes Lewis were selected to the 2009 all-Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) first and second team, respectively.

The Cal Lutheran football team earned a resounding 45-3 road victory over La Verne on Saturday afternoon improving to 5-0 in conference and earning at least a share of the 2009 conference crown. Senior tailback Antoine Adams career-high three touchdown performance led the CLU rushing attack.

In their final collegiate match, the seniors of the Cal Lutheran men's soccer team helped lead the Kingsmen to a 2-1 victory over No. 19 UC Santa Cruz on Sunday. Senior Ryan McDermott scored off an assist from fellow senior Alex Tragos for the first score of the game.
