Our generation is on the road to bankruptcy. Moreover, young adults, the very people who stand to suffer the most, are not the ones driving the car. The blame lay on the lead foot of Congress who refuses to take ease off the accelerator, driving us further into debt by the day.

We’ve all read ad nauseum how the Obama administration was going to be the most open and transparent in history. We were also promised a “Purple America” with bipartisan solutions and a “down the middle” approach to solve the nation’s problems. But all too often falls flat when faced with reality.
