Common Roots Cafe Yesterday we picked most of what was left in the garden -- 20 pounds of beets, 6 pounds of carrots, 8 pounds of collard greens, 5 pounds of arugula, 1 pound of parsley, 3 pounds of broccoli, 1/2 pound of mint, and the 6 pounds of chard in the photo below. Not bad for a December harvest in Minnesota!
