Congressional Hispanic Caucus Senator Patrick Leahy, Chairman of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, discussed a letter sent by 4 Members of the CHC, Congressmen Joe Baca, Solomon P. Ortiz, Silvestre Reyes, and John T. Salazar, to the National Rifle Association. In the letter, the Members say that the NRA is holding Judge Sonia Sotomayor to a different standard then other nominees to the Supreme Court.
