Gary Owen Healthcare reform begins with tort reform which won't be considered as most elected officials are lawyers. Govt healthcare should focus on veterans and spouses, seniors who supported us, handicapped who have limited ability to suppoort themselves and veterans mothers who were willing to share their children to protect my great nation and it's freedoms.
