They are in desperate need of 3 items NOW: BLEACH, LAUNDRY DETERGENT (POWDER & LIQUID), KITTY LITTER (NON-SCOOPABLE). If you can help, please drop off at the Cookeville/PC Shelter (open 12-4 pm Mon-Sat). Thank you for your support this year!

They only come with $5 on them. You are welcome to add more money when you receive them. If you want to order some, send a check for $5 for each card: payable to: FCPCA, P.O. Box 2615, Cookeville, TN 38502. When we receive the money, we will mail you your gift cards.

Friends of the Cookeville/Putnam Co. Animals hopes you visit the Animal Shelter Angel Tree at Krogers (Cookeville) during the Holidays. You may purchase items at Krogers & drop in box at base of tree. Needs are: Bleach, Detergent, Kitty Litter, Purina Dog/Cat/Puppy Food, Stamps. Please tell your friends. Thank you again for all your support of the Shelter. The animals "thank you!".

Thanks to all of you who voted for us, as well as an opportunity for us to participate with all the non-profit groups doing such good work being done in our community.

I have told anyone with a cat or a dog that this is the place to go to have them spyed or neutered. They will even answer your questions about other things about your pet or point you in the right direction.

Congrats to Chance for making the 1.5 mile walk! Also a special thanks to the Armells for making it possible for him to have a second chance. I walked behind Chance during the Walk, and he was a trooper all the way until the end.

Friends of the Cookeville/Putnam Co. Animals Walk For The Animals kicks off Bark In The Park. Bring your dog & join us for an easy 1.5 mile walk through Downtown Algood TN. Help us raise money by collecting donations/pledges from your friends. Participate as a team or individual. Go to www.friendsofcpcanimals.org for more details & to download a registration... form. Registration forms will also be available at the Cookeville TN Petco on Saturdays. Our Grand Marshall is Philip Gibbons, Country Giant 94.7!
