COPE is comprised of three operational divisions:
Health Systems Integration (HSI) is responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing management and replication of innovative health care access and delivery solutions. The HSI division focuses on strategic planning, development and implementation of health care coordination and resource management solutions for complex safety net health care systems. These solutions center on improving the coordination of care and communication between hospitals, outpatient specialty care and primary care community clinics. Through collaboration with community partners, the HSI division works to implement clinical care best practices that are anchored by a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care management. Coupling this approach with process and workflow redesign, COPE enables clients to achieve system efficiency and effective use of resources.
Health Workforce Transformation (HWT) assists hospitals and other health care organizations to grow their workforce through proven pipeline, education, and retention models. COPE professionals within the HWT division work closely with hospitals, health systems and other health care companies to develop customized human capital development and talent management strategies to meet the staffing needs of our clients and the communities they serve. COPE then implements these strategies into effective and efficient health workforce pipelines that transform the way hospitals and other health care companies recruit, train and retain their future health care teams
Consulting represents COPE’s mobile workforce. It leverages the company’s core competencies in hospital operations and health system network management to support clients through patient flow re-design, strategic planning and decision support.
