The ignorance of the guy from the AB Fish and Game Assoc. is maddening. He rarely answered the questions directly, likely because he doesn't know what he's talking about and therefore isn't able to say anything of substance, and he contradicted himself more than once. It's incredible that he actually called himself a conservationist and yet when ... Read Moreasked whether he thought the hunt should be halted until more data is collected, just to be sure, he said it wasn't necessary! He's the one that suggested earlier in the interview that he'd be more satisfied or accepting of the projected numbers if there were annual studies showing trends!

Kudos to Catherine for not reaching over and strangling that guy. I would not have had the same composure she showed.

Halifax – The Nova Scotia government has allocated an additional $66 million in capital spending for acquiring private lands for conservation, to help the province meet its environmental goals set out in the Environmental Goals and Sustainable Prosperity Act.
