Legislation is currently pending to extend the First Time Home Buyer $8000 Tax Credit, as well as provide a new tax credit for Move Up Buyers (those that currently own a home and are looking to move up to a new home).

The Creig Northrop Team Attention First Time Buyers, the $8000 Tax Credit has not officially been extended. While Congress is working on legislation to extend it until April 2010, as of now the Credit still expires November 30, 2009. Act now!
