Basicly it is sunny and warm the whole year.
In the rainy season (October - February), it's a bit cooler than the rest of the year. A bit more mosquitos also though...so I would advise you to bring some ... Read MoreDEET. August and September are pretty hot, because there is less wind. February - March bring a lot of wind, also known as the kite season. Pretty cool view, all the coloured kites in the air.
