Dance In Israel
(Look for a nice note at the end of the letter . . . )
Dear Dance In Israel fans,
We're happy to share that it has been nearly a year since we launched our website. As you know, our goal is to help English-speaking dance lovers connect to the dance scene in Israel - and now we need your help. We'd like to get your part...icipation, feedback, and support so that you and others will benefit more from Dance In Israel. Consider this:
1.Our NEW layout – Do you like our new magazine style? (We do! ;-) )
2.Our content – What would you like to see more of on Dance In Israel? (previews, interviews, articles about training, videos, information about specific artists, etc.)
3.Your content – We are thinking about opening the gates to submissions for guest articles. If you would like to contribute relevant content, please contact us.
4.Your friends – We want them to know about us! If you could share the fan page on your Facebook profile, or share the link http://www.danceinisrael.com in your status, it would be a great gift for our anniversary!
Please tell us what you think on the fan page wall or by contacting us directly.
In the next few weeks, we will send a few more messages about our website anniversary and plans. It's going to be a great year!
Thanks,
Deborah and Tal Galili
p.s. Dance In Israel also had a wedding this year - we were married in September! See www.debandtal.com (but only after reading the rest of the message!) :-) http://www.danceinisrael.com

Please join this event and share it with your friends (by inviting and sharing in your status) if you want to support me in:
1. Finding people who are interested in hearing me lecture about dance in Israel
2. Finding people who could invite me to give lectures about dance in Israel
I started this event to help spread the ...word among my friends - and their friends - that I am looking to turn my research into a livelihood.
I'm visiting Boston, New York City, and central New Jersey in April, and I would love to give lectures about dance in Israel. I have already booked one place and am contacting other places, but I'm looking for more venues that might host me.
If you know of someone who might be interested in hosting me, please contact me at deborahfriedes@gmail.com
If you are interested in hearing me lecture, please leave your details in the following form: http://www.danceinisrael.com/2009/03/cal l-for-help-speaking-about-dance-in-israe l-in-the-us/
If you want to know more about my background, you can read more here: http://www.danceinisrael.com/about/
If you know of other people who might be interested, please spread the word!

Dance In Israel I don't know of anything in Tsfat. As for Jerusalem, check out Vertigo's studio; I believe there is also a studio in conjunction with Amir Kolben's company, Kolben Dance. For links to these places/companies - and other studios and companies - try this: http://www.danceinisrael.com/links/

Dance In Israel Hi all, I haven't been checking this so much, but the best way to get questions to me is via the contact form or the wall on http://www.danceinisrael.com
