David, I've just gone through our e-mails with our customer service team and we've found two messages from you, one from September of this year and one from yesterday...

There may be different reasons why payouts are being held back, one might be that we need full ID due to tax regulation. I don't know what the exact reason is in your case, but I'm sure it's going to be easy to fix.
