I don't know whether I want to be a planner or an account exec. Should I know already? Help!

It’s absolutely fine (and expected) not to know whether you’re a planner or an account person. At this stage it’s all about being excited and passionate about digital. The rest will come later when you find your feet with agency life.

Erm, what exactly does a planner do?

They make sure the work works.

I'm a creative. Can I apply?

You can but this programme is for roles in account management and planning. If you don't fancy that perhaps drop HR a message to get some work experience within our creative department.

Can I interview by telephone or video call if my application is successful?

Unfortunately, because the graduate scheme is for roles in account management and planning, it's vital that we meet everyone in person and spend time with each of the applicants, both one to one and in larger working groups. Sadly, this means we are unable to conduct video or telephone interviews.

Can I apply to other Cossette agencies as well as Dare?

Absolutely you can. And because you've got essays to write and parties to go to, we've made all our application forms the same to save you time.
