Two big things coming this Saturday! Dave & Dave's fantastic "Belt" show at 10:30. That's the yellow, blue, green & red if you're keeping track! And get this... immediately following us at 11 is Pearl Jam on Austin City Limits. Jeremy has spoken and he says to watch WQED this Saturday night!

Deb Today, C's afterschool teacher told me she caught part of a "Dave & Dave" show. She thought it was hilarious and really liked it. Thought I would pass it along. Not sure which show it was, but I'm pretty sure it was an old one because she saw my name on it.

This Saturday (& Sunday) show is called "The Lost Episode." All of our "adventures" have aired on WQED's "OnQ Magazine" at one time or another over the years, but these 3 have not. "SportsBeat" - we go behind the scenes with Stan & Guy. Sadly the long-running show was cancelled right after we shot it! "Skeet Shooti...ng" - not really sure why this wasn't an OnQ story. I think we shot it late in the season & they ran out of time slots. And the "Pittsburgh Comicon" - a very cool look inside a comic book convention, packed with all the usual suspects... stormtroopers, trekkies, superheros of all varieties and of course fantasy models! There you have it... The Lost Episode!

Dave & Dave Here's a shot of Asher the weiner dog from our "Strange PA" show. Asher was competing in the dachshund races at Kennywood Park even though his back legs didn't work so well. Asher uses a special 2-wheel cart device to get around.
Dave & Dave Here we are at Becarri's Market on the Orange Belt. How crazy was it that they had orange milk? They also had the best homemade pies EVER! Those cutaways of Frank sneaking bites were all real. Mr. Becarri also wrote us the nicest letter. If you're on the orange belt do stop in!

NO Saturday show for Dave & Dave this week thanks to a live John Fogerty pledge special. We will be on Sunday afternoon at 1 though. We're hittin' Nancy B's for the best chocolate chips in the world, East End Brewing & North Country Brewing! Lots of great beer!!! Also a visit to Cefalo's nightclub in Carnegie.

This Halloween night at 10:30, Dave & Dave dig deep into the vaults for some classic comedy! Not only do we become pilots, FBI agents and Izazzu hairdressers (thanks Gino & Emilio), but we go waaaaay out there for our most "Twilight Zone" adventure ever and become private eyes. This bizarro segment features flashback...s, black & white noir scenes, bad acting and all sorts of wrong! Is it a dream? Why are we playing Clue? And who is that lady all over Dave?
