What a great thing! I really hope that as this is becoming a reality for so many more American's there are more options available like these. We also need more cookbooks and education so poeple realize that they don't have to spend a fortune or sacrifice things to become gluten free. I spend LESS each month on our family's grocery bill since I have gone gluten free, but I have worked hard to educate myself on the diet, and also analyzing and simplyfing other parts of our diet.
