DELL真的是一家全球性的詐騙集團啦..自己出包不趕緊處理..還讓一些員工上網到 處亂放話..說什麼2萬折價卷..應該心滿意足了...這就是DELL的以客為重啦. ..找一些論壇版主去吃吃飯..幫忙寫寫好話....這就是DELL的處理客戶消費糾 紛的方式...什麼折價卷..把價格再拉高..然後再賣給消費者....好一個行銷方 式...真是夠不在乎台灣消費者的....呼籲要全民抵制DELL啦....


Kris I'm still waiting on a solution to my problem. Exchanging my overheating, injury inducing and potentially explosive Inspiron 9400 with a sub-par bandaid solution is unacceptable, especially when you give a window of 15-20 days... Could you please have someone from the North American operations get in touch with me to discuss options? There has been no movement in the production status of the aformentioned.

I used to be Loyal customer, now I am the bigest advocate for people no to buy this bad Company products. Dell stands for:
Deceive
Evade
Lure
Lye
I was going to buy a laptop and kept on getting the runaround about what products were available on certain types, bottom line they want you to spend more and not what you actually want (Deceiving), try to get in touch with the so called Customer care and always endup back at sales (Evading), kept on telling me I was getting switched there (Lying), after awhile I was getting hang up on or getting lured to talk back with a sales agent so I can place an order. Nobody wanted to hear my complains or do anything about it. SPENT 3 1/2 HOURS ON THE PHONE AND GOT NOTHING. Dell is just a waste of your time, do not believe when they tell you they are trying to get the best computer for you, they are just trying in getting you something you really do not need...........
Sad very sad ....this company does not care for costumers

Chieh Tsung Lee Hello Dell! The on-line shopping site of Dell Taiwan is back. It is a good news for everyone. However, in the website, I have a question about the price of Inspiron 545(S210414TW) Desktop PC. The price is discount from NTD 30600 to NTD 19800. Is this correct? Is it a REAL promotion or another unknown mistake of Dell Taiwan? Besides, the memory size is up to 4G for free! Is it correct? I am afraid that the order will be not committed again.. If the information is correct, please let me know. I am looking for a Desktop (The LCD order is not committed before... so I am considering other brands'). But, I have been confused in these days. I don't know how to take the price to be a MISTAKE or a REAL PROMOTION... Thanks!

I'm from Malaysia. Clear cut, I cannot claim for the extended 'Nvidia bad GPU' warranty, due to lapse of about 10 days since I called the Support.
I questioned how they define the 1 year extended period; they said its until I called them. In fact, I've posted my question in Dell community before the expiry i.e. 17 June 2009 here http://en.community.dell.com/forums/p/19 280202/19505114.aspx#19505114 and it seems no one there know there's extended warranty. The admin removed my service tag number, shows that they seen/read the issue, but ignore.
Dell follow Nvidia marketing strategy, selling bad Nvidia GPU, and not informing customers, when things go bad, u can claim within 1 year after official warranty expired.
RE: Case ID: 2031087 MWD #AutoReply# (KMM7725695I23241L0KM) is my complains on 2nd July, and no response until today. So much with promise "...Dell representative will be in contact with you before the end of the next business day."
So, Don't Buy Dell !!!!

I am a Taiwanese customer of DELL. In Jun/25, my friends and I ordered LCDs and computers on the website of DELL excitedly. However, the Dell Company of Taiwan did not send me or other people any LCDs or computers until the present. In July/2, DELL announced that all the discount were mistakes during June/25 PM 9:17 to June/26 AM 6:56. DELL Company of Taiwan will cancel all orders and send every customer a coupon of NT$1000 (US$30.393) of limited goods by a set time for apology.
But, DELL does not learn any lessons from history. In July/5, my friends and I ordered laptops on the website of DELL happily. However, the Dell Company of Taiwan does not want to send me or other people any laptops again. DELL will cancel all orders and send every customer a coupon for apology.
