Rob

Rob My Sunday school class read through your "Freddie, Please" lyrics during our discussion on homosexuality. It was a very lively discussion, to say the least...
Hope to catch one of your 2010 Black Eye shows. Best wishes to you & your family, from Kokomo, Indiana.

Hi Derek (and fans)...I'm just curious, could someone please explain what is meant by the lyrics in "What Matters More"? A person on a blog posted an unclear comment linking back to your website and hasn't clarified why he would post such a link. Any idea of what he might have meant?

And just out of curiosity, who a...re the fifty thousand dying each day? (I really don't know....) The blog post is here: https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=20554232&postID=311341181885940522

Thank you, best wishes

Don't forget the fourth one, Alise... Some of you are more upset at the Christians who both are against cussing & against 30,000 kids dying due to malnutrition... You liberals never know what to do about THOSE type of Christians, do you?

Long time Caedmon's fan. Your songs have always been my favorites. It always seems like there aren't enough deep theological christian artists that think in the real world. Like monks, so many of us strive to become sterile. I so appreciate your honest concepts and visuals. "I'm a prophet by trade, and a salesman by bl...ood". Huge fan of the "Andy's" also for the same reason. God writes the songs of my deepest being and gives them to you guys to pass on to me. Somehow He is able to be this personal while working through so many people. "...still He turns His face to me and I kiss it, just to betray Him once again" -Andrew PetersonRead More

Marty Carney

Marty Carney Just listened to "What Matters More" Thank you for your honesty and prophetic imagination. I hope to live into its truth. And I thank you as a Pastor, a Baptist-one at that (OK... so I'm American Baptist... and a progressive one at that... we are used to getting black eyes, too.) Bless you.

PathWays Duke Chapel

PathWays Duke Chapel has anyone ever paired your songs with readings in theology for use as a small-group curriculum? I was thinking of doing it for some college students here.
