Randy Mosiondz

Randy Mosiondz Hey there! Anyone know of any Remembrance Day gatherings next Wednesday for Canadians living in the Bay Area?

Hi folks, We are hosting a very talented Canadian musician who will be visiting the area for a house concert on Sat Nov 14th in Emerald Hills/Redwood City. All are welcome and I'd especially love to have as much support from the homeland as possible. We have at least a dozen Canadians attending so far... join us. What'...s a house concert? Who's the musican? What's he sound like? How to RSVP? All the details are at the link below.Read More

A house concert is equal parts social get-together and live music experience in a private home instead of a bar or theatre. You get to mix with other neighbors and music fans in a friendly setting, see a quality acoustic show, and take home some great memories. ...

I'm in Yosemite this
weekend, hiking Half Dome to raise funds and awareness for histiocytosis.
My nephew Anton was unfortunately born with this rare white blood cell
disease. I'm one of the primary organizers of what has become our annual
Hike for a Cure. The hike started in 2001 with 21 family members and
close friends.... Now we've raised $920k and have close to 300 hikers annually.
The hike is challenging 18 miles with a mile elevation gain. We
keep it exciting by bringing Megan (4) and Morgan (2) along. They hike a
bit, and I carry them for the rest. This makes for a tough challenge, but
it's trivial compared to the chemotheraphy my nephew went through at 4 months
old. There's a lot of Canadians that join us each year. In the attached link, this is a photo from the top of Half Dome. That's me on the left with my DML shirt. :)
