Tom Salois has worked at Casper's 21 years. He did take another management position at another business one year, but ended up coming back to Casper's, a small restaurant that seats only 29 people in a Quonset hut on West Walnut Street.
Downtown Springfield Halloween Pub Crawl! This Saturday. Tickets are $15. Downtown Springfield Coming in November 2009 to where Ophelia's used to be in the Wilhoit Plaza :: Farmers Gastro Pub :: A restaurant using local produce and meat producers only and 100% recylable to go containers [ Styrofoam takes over 1,000,000 years to bio-degrade! I don't go to resturants that use styrofoam]. Nice to see a restaurant in Springfield that takes sustainability seriously. Know of any others?
