I am stunned after I read the entries that you picked as finalist for the pasta contest. All I can say is that I hope you guys just put the entries in a hat and drew out the finalist. Kathy Australia is leading the way on the Glycemic Index/Load food package labeling. I can't wait for the U.S. to get on board. Anyone know what the GI of Dreamfields pasta is? It wouldn't really matter to me because I would still eat this, but I would just like to know how it compares to other pastas.

I'm diabetic, I use an insulin pump. My main problem like so many other's I love to eat. My favorite since the day I was born PASTA SPAGETTI !!!!!! I love Dreamfields Pasta because it works with my diabetes not against it. And it doesn't have that nasty taste other pasta's have that claim to be good for you.
